tbsp fish sauce

tbsp oyster sauce

tbsp black pepper

tbsp dark soy sauce

Instructions
1: Combine all ingredients into a large mixing bowl and allow pork chops to marinate overnight in the fridge. 2: Place the pork chops into your air fryer and cook at 400°F for 5 minutes. 3: Flip the pork and cook for another 5 minutes, depending on the thickness of the pork chops. 4: Serve with a side of rice, lettuce, cucumbers, tomato, Vietnamese pickled vegetables, and Vietnamese Sweet Fish Sauce (Nuoc Mam Cham).View original recipe
